With over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Ethan has designed and led world-class training programs for Fortune 100 companies, holding roles as a trainer, designer, leader, and director. He has worked alongside VPs and CEOs to develop transformational leadership seminars and strategies that drive organizational growth and effectiveness. For the past five years, he has served as a Human Capital Consultant and Strategist for one of the world’s largest consulting firms, advising top organizations on how to build strong teams, optimize operations, and create sustainable leadership cultures.

Beyond the corporate world, ministry has been at the heart of his journey. From accepting Jesus at the age of five to serving as a youth pastor, radio preacher, worship leader, and ministry strategist, Ethan has dedicated his life to equipping churches and non-profits with the tools to create healthy ecosystems where pastors, leaders, and congregations thrive.

For over 20 years, Keith has been a dedicated Christian artist, using his extraordinary talent to inspire faith and bring worship to life through fine art, murals, and live painting experiences. His unique combination of color, texture, and photo-realism continues to captivate audiences worldwide, leaving many eagerly anticipating his next inspired creation. Whether working in oil or acrylic, Keith’s traditional hand-painted style draws viewers in, allowing them to experience the depth and beauty of his work. Pastor Jairo E. Garcia is a seasoned ministry leader, theologian, and strategist, serving as a Partner & Ministry Advisor at His Path Consulting. With a heart for empowering ministries and non-profits, Pastor Jairo is dedicated to equipping organizations with the same excellence and strategic insight that Fortune 100 companies use—helping them cultivate healthy leadership, develop effective discipleship programs, and build a culture that prepares the next generation to reach the lost and advance the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Born in Santiago, Dominican Republic, Pastor Jairo grew up in a Christian home but fully surrendered his life to Christ in 1988 after a profound spiritual journey. His passion for theological depth and biblical teaching led him to Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where he pursued studies in Biblical Theology, Eschatology, and Pedagogy. He later obtained his Doctoral degree in Theology from Mical Christian University, where he also studied Marketing and Pastoral Counseling.

Pastor Jairo’s global ministry experience includes participating in major crusades in the United States and abroad, engaging in missionary work, and founding impactful initiatives such as "Casa Refugio" Center in New York and the "Reno-Vid" Children's Foundation, which serves communities throughout Central and South America.

As the senior pastor of Christian Church "El Renuevo" in Kissimmee, Florida, Pastor Jairo has been a pillar in his community, serving as President of the Pastors Association for four years and continuing to be a respected leader who enjoys the trust and support of those he serves. His dedication to ministry extends beyond the pulpit, as he actively speaks at conferences, mentors leaders, and advocates for new initiatives that expand the reach of the gospel.

At His Path Consulting, Pastor Jairo leverages his decades of ministry leadership, theological expertise, and strategic vision to help churches and non-profits establish strong leadership foundations, navigate growth challenges, and implement sustainable discipleship models. His mission is to see ministries thrive, communities transformed, and the gospel advanced with excellence and purpose.

As a Media Consultant for His Path Consulting, Jarol Garcia mission is to empower ministries and non-profits with the same excellence and strategy that Fortune 100 companies use—helping them cultivate healthy leadership, effective discipleship, and a culture that prepares the next generation to reach the lost and advance the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Jarol currently serves as the Head Engineer/Manager at Radio Renuevo, where he oversees audio production and broadcasting, ensuring high-quality content that reaches and impacts audiences for the Kingdom. His background in Audio Engineering from the FL Institute of Recording, Sound, and Technology has equipped him with the skills to enhance and elevate media strategies for ministries.

Growing up in ministry, Jarol accepted Jesus at a young age and has dedicated his life to serving Him. As the youth pastor at Renuevo and a graduate of Universal Christian Academy, he has witnessed firsthand the power of media in transforming lives and spreading the gospel. His passion is to see this generation use their gifts for God's Kingdom through all forms of media—whether it be audio, video, or digital platforms.

He currently co-hosts a podcast with Ethan, where they dive into faith-based discussions that inspire and encourage listeners. Through His Path Consulting, Jarol wants to help ministries and individuals launch their own podcasts and media projects, using his experience to guide them in creating impactful content that glorifies God.
